Sounds nice, not? But let me tell you, it hasn’t always been good. I have learned the hard way, that the best sounding life can be a perfect recipe for burnout if you don’t reconnect to yourself from time to time.

Just in time before running into a second burnout, I pulled the emergency brake and booked a month-long camping trip into the Namibian desert. The only thing I was looking for was a break from the hamsterwheel I was living in. What I actually found made this trip so much more transformative than I had ever dreamed of.
